Pleasant Grove resident Jonathan Stewart said he laughed in shock after the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) claimed the house his family lost in the April tornadoes was “not unsafe to live in.” He has since learned that his insurance coverage will replace the house. Bentley says the state is expecting more than $100 million in federal money that could be used for shelters.
